Specialists' visits and medication can cause distress and anxiety for everyone. The Extra Care Cards help to support children through doctor visits, medicine, and physical assessments.
Visually planning for appointments and medication helps to provide your child with a sense of control, as well as to assist with outing preparation.
The Extra Care pack is available as an addition to our foundation pack of routine cards.
The pack includes five magnetic cards for Visiting the Doctor, Hospital, or Physiotherapist, taking medication, and a blank care card to write and draw your own when needed.

Softly rounded corners and a protective laminated coating keep little hands happy and enhance durability for daily use.

Each indivdual magnetic card is 7cm x 10.5cm.
Care Instructions
Care Instructions
Only use whiteboard markers when writing or drawing on the cards.
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
The mini whiteboard marker is for adult use and should not be kept within reach of children three and under.
Do not fold or chew.
If using a framed magnetic board, please monitor children to prevent them from pushing the cards into the gaps under the frame. This can damage and lift the protective coating and generally ruin the cards' edging.
